I was dreaming that my tita had actually duped me into buying tickets to Tagum, Davao instead of Boracay. "You've been duped," my dad repeatedly told me in my dream. I threw a tantrum and I repeatedly slammed a door made of airconditioners until everything turned white. A small voice that said, "Moment of peace" hit me like a bullet and then I woke up with a start. I can't remember feeling this relieved after a long time.
I opened the door and to my suprise, saw the two dogs lying side by side, waiting for me. This would have been normal on any other given day but Betchay had been in heat for the past few days and I had the two dogs running around the house trying to impregnate each other. I welcomed this newfound calm between my two loyal fans and this added to my sense of relief.
Now if only I could get over this heavy feeling of boredom/ "What the fuck am i doing with my life?"
